All of our production are following ISO9001 quality control management. |
QA/QC Introduction
Our quality assurance (QA) and control procedures, on-line as well as off-line, ensure that all production processes are under control, and corrective actions can be implemented wherever necessary. It is responsible for conducting all QC procedures. Currently employing 40 staff, this division consists of a physical and chemical section, quality test section and measuring office. Product testing is conducted according to both our own set standards, and those stipulated by clients.
Quality Control System:
1 . RAW MATERIAL: To ensure all incoming material meet the specification, every single lot raw material received are inspected and tested by quality control dept.
2 . MELTING: We equipped a spectrometer made by spectra from Germany. Samples are drawn from molten before casting and tested by spectrometer to make sure that content of 11 selected elements are controlled within specification.
3. CASTING: Dimensions and surface finishing of all castled billets are inspected.
4. EXTRUDING: All billets are shaved by thickness not less than 1mm and under go a high extrusion ratio during extrusion to ensure density, homogeny and surface finishing of extruded shell meet the requirement.
5. COLD DRAWING: Floating plugs are used during first (FEW) draw (S) after extrusion to obtain maximum correction on concentricity. All drawn tubes are inspected by eddy current tested to avoid any potential defect.
6. BRIGHT ANNEALING: Continuous trolley annealing furnace are used for tube annealing/tempering to obtain a homogeneous grain structure which is the key to ensure consistent mechanical properties exactly as user's requirement. And it can thoroughly remove a thimbleful of oil remained on the surface of the inside and the outside of the tubes, so as to obtain a fine finishing which can last for a long time without decolorizing.
7. FINISHING
8 . INSPECTION: Samples are drawn from each lot of finished goods for inspection and testing to ensure they are meeting the required specification.
